Woman linked to Count de Lesseps is an Ethiopian Royalty
The mysterious Ethiopian woman identified as the cause for the divorce between the reality star LuAnn from The Real Houswives of New York and her husband Count Alexandre de Lesseps has been identified as Princess Kemeria Abajobir Abajifar. She is the granddaughter of King Abajifar, the last King from the Gibe Kingdom of Jimmaa, located in current day Ethiopia.
An inside source close to the Count, wishing to remain anonymous, confirmed the details in an email correspondence.
The Ethiopian princess, and granddaughter of the King, is the niece of Ababiya Abajobir, another prominent man in the Oromo-Ethiopian community. He was one of the founding members of the OLF (Oromo Liberation Front), a guerrilla organization representing the majority Oromo ethnic group of Ethiopia, and served in various positions in the organization throughout its 35 year history.
The source told EthioPlanet that it was the wish of both the Princess and Count Alexandre de Lesseps that she no longer be identified as “‘the Ethiopian woman’ but with her real identity.”
The Princess, of course, is not the only royalty in this match up. Count de Lesseps, as evident from his royal rank, was born into a French aristocracy. His great-great-great grandfather, Ferdinand de Lesseps, who built the Suez Canal and started the Panama Canal, was also present during the presentation of the Statue of Liberty to the United States.
It is, perhaps, of great irony that Countess LuAnn de Lesseps who, on the show, easily assumed the role of royalty in a most pompous way, has now been replaced by a real royalty.

As for your doubt in the veracity of such a name, please refer to Ethiopian history (specifically the Kingdom of Jimmaa), common Oromo names from that region and the name of a founding member of the OLF, Ababiya Abajobir Abajifar, the uncle of the young lady in question]

I think it’s TIME for woman to STOP being caty! This woman did not twist the count arm. He should share the DAM blame, for his own marriage as well!!! There, had to be trouble in the Count and Luann’s marriage. Luann just turned a blinded eye, as we all saw on the show. Who knows if the marriage wasn’t already broken. This relationship that the count now has with the Ethiopian was probably just a reason for the count to “officially” end the marriage with LuAnn. We do not know what is REALLY going on so it’s not fair to judge any of them. They’re marriage was probably already very shaky, and the ex-countess probably didn’t want to be the one who officially ended the marriage, just to keep her “countess” title. All the Ethiopian woman did is put to rest an ailing problem.
I think this women should be the one who lives in Geneva and divorced with two kids born of a Congolese man. Her sister has a shop at the Kepinsky Hotel of Geneva.

I read most you yall comments and I think some of them don’t make sense. You can not steal a man or a woman and if you do its called kidnapping. These are human beings not purses or money. He knows how to say no and when he was in the church saying his vows he understood what they meant and what he was pleadging. If he loved his wife so much then this other woman wouldn’t be a problem. There would be no headline story. Everyone needs to just realize he was unhappy and instead of him being a man about it and just leaving her, he just waited till he found someone. The article at the site above appeared in the New York Post on August 26, 2008 describes how, at a wedding in the Hamptons, she grabbed the mike, sang songs and knocked over a drum set and then started groping crotches.
